This product is a good value or the price. It is trouble free and provides more than adequate connections for all my electronics. I had to contact customer service to determine the product's compatibility with my computer. Customer service professionalism and response time was excellent. I felt that that they were concerned about my inquiry and it was very easy communicating my needs.

I had an old laptop charger that became iffy at best. I needed a working universal charger in order to give the old laptop to a relative. The new charger worked so well that I kept it for myself and gave away the old laptop with the working charger I had been using on my laptop. I like the universal laptop utility and also the opportunity to plug in i-phones, tablets, etc in the usb input. No complaints on this charger.
